Milky Oat prepares and delivers postpartum meals in the San Francisco Bay Area. This policy describes what information we collect on milkyoat.com and through our service, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions any time: delivery@milkyoat.com.

Account and order details: your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and what you order. Delivery notes and gift registry details you choose to share. Messages you send us through the site or by email and text.

Dietary restrictions and allergies: because our kitchen cooks around them, we store the restrictions you share and use them only to prepare and label your meals safely.

Payments: card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us; we keep only the order record and payment status.

Site usage: like most sites we use cookies and similar tools to understand visits and to measure advertising, including Google and Pinterest tags and our own first-party analytics. Emails we send may record opens and clicks.

To prepare, deliver, and support your orders; to keep your meals safe for your dietary needs; to send service messages about your deliveries; and, with your consent, marketing email or texts you can leave any time (unsubscribe link in every email, reply STOP to any text). We use aggregate site data to improve the service and our advertising.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who make the business run: payment processing (Stripe), delivery routing, email and text delivery, and site analytics and advertising measurement (Google, Pinterest). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing delivery@milkyoat.com. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we honor them for everyone. We keep order history for as long as we need it for bookkeeping and food-safety records, then delete it.

Our service is for adults. We cook for your little ones through you, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
